Not mobile friendly

Sometimes, you may not be able to access the application. Instead, a page with the following message appears:

Your terminal doesn't seem to meet the minimum specifications: computer and screen resolution of 1280 x 600 pixels.

Why ?

The application is not intended for use on cell phones. In addition, the computer must have a minimum resolution of 1280 x 600 pixels.

However, it may happen that your terminal respects these minimum specifications but it still does not display the application.

It's because your computer's operating software applies an automatic zoom to the entire interface displayed on your screen. This is a common case if you're using a laptop with a 13" or 15" screen.

Solution

There are 2 possible solutions, one of which will have no general impact on your OS.

Open your browser menu, and apply a different zoom to the tab.

Open your OS settings, and reduce the zoom applied to the general interface.
